- Orders that are not shipped to one of the 50 states. This web site can only accept orders to the 48 contiguous states. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii please call (800) 922-2282.
- Orders to be shipped to PO Boxes, FPOs, APOs or any other address not UPS-shippable.
- Credit cards that are issued by banks outside the U.S.
- We are sorry but all such orders will be cancelled.
12 Noon Deadline (Eastern Time) on Same-Day Shipping
Please note that your order must be placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Time to ship that day. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping on any order placed after the 12 noon cutoff. For expedited/air deliveries, this will affect the delivery date. For instance, if you place an order at 10 AM Monday and request next-day delivery, your order will be shipped Monday and received by you on Tuesday. However, if you place an order at 3PM Monday and request next-day delivery, your order will be shipped Tuesday and received by you on Wednesday. Please choose your shipping options accordingly.
