12 Noon Deadline (Eastern Time) on Same-Day Shipping

Please note that your order must be placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Time to ship that day. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping on any order placed after the 12 noon cutoff. For expedited/air deliveries, this will affect the delivery date. For instance, if you place an order at 10 AM Monday and request next-day delivery, your order will be shipped Monday and received by you on Tuesday. However, if you place an order at 3PM Monday and request next-day delivery, your order will be shipped Tuesday and received by you on Wednesday. Please choose your shipping options accordingly.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless customer specifies otherwise. Please note that UPS Ground is an available option only in the contiguous 48 states. We also offer express shipment options. For shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii or for express shipping charges, if desired, please call toll-free 1-800-368-5020. Please note that we ship only to the 50 United States.

Pre-Orders

Although the item you desire may currently not be available, you can still place your order and your card will not be charged until your order is being prepared for shipping. Many new items are in very tight supply when they are initially released. Pre-ordering early often saves you a longer wait when the product is released. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped without any penalty.

No Sales Tax

We do not charge any sales tax on orders shipped out of the state of Florida.
